Trinity and Doctrine - 4

Trinity and Doctrine - 4 **Hypothesis:** The difference between faith as doctrinal confession versus faith as participation in the relational love of the Trinity. Let us examine this carefully according to Scripture. **1. Does the Bible Command Us to "Understand and Confess the Trinity"?** Literally: No. The word "Trinity" is not in the Bible. What exists is the experience of God acting as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — one God in three equal, eternal, and mutually loving persons. Jesus never said: "Confess that I am the Second Person of the Trinity." Rather, He said: *"Believe in God; believe also in Me."* (John 14:1) *"I am in the Father and the Father is in Me."* (John 14:11) Believing in Jesus = believing in the Father. This is not a metaphysical formula, but a relationship. **2. The Trinity in the Bible: Not Speculation, But Flowing Love** **Hypothesis:** "The Trinity speaks about how Transcendent Love becomes a reality that f...

Original Sin and Theta Waves: An Introductory Exploration

 Introduction

"When Adam and Eve ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, the Bible records that 'their eyes were opened' (Genesis 3:7), but their souls were torn from divine harmony. This narrative is not simply a story of moral transgression—it is an epistemic tragedy: humans gained the capacity to distinguish, but lost the ability to unite. José Silva, the inventor of the alpha/theta frequency-based mind-training method, may not have realized that his discovery of 'unified consciousness' actually addresses a millennia-old theological dilemma: How can neutral knowledge become toxic, and how can it be restored?"

Why is knowledge—which is intrinsically good (Proverbs 8:10-11)—a source of curse in Genesis 3?

An Explanation of Why Knowledge Is the Source of Cursing in Genesis 3

Knowledge, by its very nature, is good (Proverbs 8:10-11) because it reflects God's wisdom, which creates a rational order in the universe. However, in the Genesis 3 narrative, knowledge of good and evil becomes a curse for three fundamental reasons:

1. Context of Disobedience

The knowledge Adam and Eve acquired was not a result of surrender to God, but rather a violation of His established boundaries. They desired knowledge independent of the Knowledge-Giver. This transformed knowledge from a gift into a rebellious instrument of human autonomy, thus severing their harmonious relationship with God (Genesis 3:22-24).

2. Separation between Knowledge and Wisdom

Proverbs 8 emphasizes that knowledge is valuable when accompanied by godly wisdom—the ability to integrate truth into a relationship with God. Adam and Eve gained the capacity to discern (good/evil) but lost the capacity to integrate—and their knowledge became fragmented, filled with fear, shame, and abuse of power (Genesis 3:7-10).

3. Epistemic Dilemma: Toxic Neutrality

Knowledge of good and evil is morally neutral, but it becomes "poison" when it falls into the hands of beings who are not spiritually ready to shoulder its responsibilities. Without the sanctification of love and obedience, raw knowledge opens the door to systematic evil (e.g., manipulation, structural sin).

Healing through "Integrated Consciousness"

José Silva, through his alpha/theta frequency training, indirectly touches on this theological solution: knowledge only becomes a blessing when integrated into a consciousness connected to the Source of Truth (Colossians 2:2-3). This is what was lost in the Garden of Eden—and what Christ restored as the "Wisdom of God" (1 Corinthians 1:30), reuniting human knowledge with divine holiness.

In short, knowledge becomes a curse not because it is evil, but because it is separated from a faith-filled relationship with the Truth itself (John 14:6).

God Bless
